How OEM works
Six steps, one contact person — and you approve every sample before money goes into bulk production.
Idea, sketch or reference
Send a sketch, a reference photo, an existing product or just an idea — with size, target price and market.
3D design & sample
We model the shape in 3D, confirm proportions with you, then make a physical sample to approve feel, colour and rise time.
Mould development
After sample approval we make the production mould — foam moulds for PU, steel injection moulds for TPR, poured moulds for silicone.
PU & TPR production
Foaming, injection, filling, hand painting and printing on our production floor, checked against the approved sample.
Packaging
OPP bags, header cards, blind bags, colour and display boxes, barcodes and FNSKU labels — produced to your artwork.
Compliance & delivery
EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA or REACH testing for your market, pre-shipment inspection, then sea, air, express, DDP or Amazon FBA.

Payment & shipping
You see the inspection before you pay the balance
Terms are set on each quotation. A deposit before production and the balance after inspection is the usual pattern. We ship by sea, air or express, DDP to your door, or direct to Amazon FBA.
