Questions
About silicone squishies
Is 'food-grade silicone' a real claim?
It describes the raw material, not the finished toy. A toy still needs toy-safety testing (EN71 / ASTM F963). We ask for the material certificate and arrange toy tests separately.
Why is silicone more expensive than TPR?
Most silicone squishies are poured and cured in small moulds by hand, which takes more labour per piece. In return the MOQ for custom designs is much lower.
